A fully licensed real estate agent with over 27 years experience in the industry, Paul Corazza brings an outstanding level of expertise & professionalism to the Gungahlin area. He is a family man & a proud resident of Gungahlin, after building his first home over 20 years ago in 'Lake View' - the first stage of Nicholls.
Having grown up in Belconnen & other northside locations, Paul offers a valuable insight into current market conditions & changes within the northern Canberra real estate market.

His results speak for themselves, with over 650 sales in the Gungahlin region & another 960 in other regions of Canberra. In 2013, Lukas moved from Bega to Canberra, a city he is immensely proud to call home. He has spent the past 6 years living in Canberra where he attended the University of Canberra, completing a Bachelor’s double degree in Marketing, Management & Communications in Advertising.
Before starting his career in real estate, Lukas fulfilled his dream of travelling to Nairobi, Kenya. While there, he volunteered at an underprivileged school, educating children aged 6-12 in English, Science, Maths and Geography. Outside of his teaching commitment, Lukas wanted to implement something very different into the school. He wanted to share his passion of cricket with the children. He spent many hours teaching the kids the rules and skills of the game, donating all the supplies needed for them to continue playing in the future.

​In his time in real estate, Lukas has exhibited the desire and determination for helping others, as well as a drive to succeed, bringing an innovative marketing aspect to the team and their clients. With his solid knowledge and appreciation of communication gained through his studies, Lukas understands the critical role which clear and prompt communication serves in real estate.
