A fully licensed real estate agent with over 25 years experience in the industry, Paul brings an outstanding level of expertise & professionalism to all real estate matters. He is a family man & a proud resident of Gungahlin, after building his first home over 20 years ago in ‘Lake View’ - the first stage of Nicholls.
Having grown up in Belconnen & other northside locations, Paul offers a valuable insight into current market conditions & changes within the northern Canberra real estate market.

Paul has consistently been a sales leader within the industry & is the Principal of the top producing sales & listings office within Independent Property Group. His results speak for themselves, with over 600 sales in the Gungahlin region & another 900 in other suburbs of Canberra. Such vast experience in the industry coupled with being a local resident gives him an immense understanding of the market & has consequently made him an agent of choice to hundreds of clients.

Senior Sales Associate
Friendly, efficient and able to interact professionally and positively with people from all backgrounds, Ray is a registered salesperson who works with Paul Corazza and his team. Ray brings a positive and energetic approach to customer relations, and has the administration skills to help run one of the top producing real estate offices in Canberra.
Ray was drawn to the Independent brand in early 2009 because he believes it sets a benchmark in innovation, technology and marketing. LUKAS
Sales Associate & Client Manager
Moving from Bega in 2013 Lukas has spent the past 6 years living in Canberra where he attended the University of Canberra studying a double degree of a Bachelors in Marketing Management & Communications in Advertising.

In his time in real estate Lukas exhibits the desire and determination for helping others, a drive to succeed, bringing an innovative marketing aspect to the team and their clients. Bringing with him from his time spent studying communication, Lukas understands the process of how critical clear and prompt communication serves in real estate.
THE WHIZZ KID
Away from real estate, Lukas’ passion lies in the Australian National University Cricket Club where he has played for the past 6 years. In 2017/18 season Lukas was awarded with the prestigious award Clubman of the Year – An award that is based solely on self-character and given by the respect of peers and members of the club. A clear recognition for the hard work, effort and dedication he has brought to the club over his years coaching junior sides, curating the home teams wicket and for the overall respect he has from the club and all those within. A true accreditation to Lukas’ his character and demeanor with values such as mateship, loyalty and integrity.
